App that’s not installing even though deleted .

I deleted a app called roblox on my phone by accident , but when i went to the app store it says “Open” the app is on my home screen still though , the icon is like a white background with gray lines over it . It says roblox but when i click it it takes me back to the home screen . I tried the hold the shut down and home button at the same time to reboot but nothing happens it’s 2020 so they don’t have settings >usage anymore . Please help because i don’t want to restart my iphone .
