I can't install WatchOS 6.2 on my Apple Watch Series 2. I make unpair and pair my watches, Its not helped me(. I try to instal update on Apple Watch its the same((

I had the same problem but it worked if I did the update from the settings menu on the watch not on the phone.
Try doing it on the watch. Go to settings on the watch, then general and find the option to update. Make sure it’s 50% charged and leave it on the charger until it completes.
Have you tried my method which is to do the update from the watch. Go to setting, general, software update. Make sure you have 50% charge and the watch is being charged.
I’m having the exact same problem. Tried both hard and soft resetting my phone and watch. Unpaired the watch and repaired. I still get the same error you do after the phone makes an extremely long attempt to verify the update..
I did just that. Did not help(

Try this;
To force reset your Apple Watch, press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for about 10 seconds or until the apple logo appears, then release both buttons when you see the Apple logo.
And then this;
Unpair and erase watch and try starting again;
Contact apple support;
