does not discover bluetooth devices

Hi,

I've just recently purchased an iPad Pro 11" 2020.

Having issues finding sony wh-1000xm3 and Creative Outlier headphones via bluetooth.

I'm on IOS 13.3.1.

Anyone else experiencing the same or know a fix?

I've tried turning off/on and resetting network settings. Still doesn't discover them.

P.S. If I forget the devices on my iPhone, they also don't discover the Sony's or Creative's. I was using them fine on this device until Fri 27th.

If you can't connect a Bluetooth accessory to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

All you can do is try again...there just might be something in the above link such as..."If you can pair your accessory with some devices but not your iOS or iPadOS device, unpair the accessory from your other devices. Then try to pair with your iOS or iPadOS device again."

Also after unpairing turn the device off then on again before trying again and try just one at a time...not one after the other, which means if one does not pair turn device off/on then try the second one.

Even though they worked fine before it does not mean there is not a conflict between the two...

Thanks fyip.

I'll try this out.

I still think it's a software issue. Luckily I have some old AKG bluetooth headphones.

The AKG's had previously paired to my iPhone and appeared in the list. They're older than the Sony's and Creative's and are working fine.

I'll just not remove devices from the list just to see if Apple software works this time around :-)

I'll also wait for iOS 13.4.1.
