Bluetooth

My IPhone XR does not discover new Bluetooth devices and has lost both of my beats headphones in the list of Bluetooth devices. This just happened in last 24 hours and it has happened to my wife’s XR also. I have gone thru all the suggested protocols for fixing this up to and including resetting network settings. Nothing has helped. Is this a glitch in a recent upgrade? What do I do now?
