Every time I listen to music with headphone it always pauses or skips ahead and even changes the song while I’m walking

After I updated my phone I have had an issue. every time I listen to music with headphone it always pauses or skips ahead and even changes the song while I’m walking and when I’m not on the music app voice control appears without me clicking it.

Oops, sorry. Regular headphones :-)

In that case, check the charging port for lint or other debris and see this:

If your headphones don‘t work with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
