Google drive disappeared from side bar

Hi, both Google Drive and Downloads disappeared from the sidebar of my MacBook pro. All my work is on Google Drive. How can I retrieve the drive on my MacBook and sidebar including my work?

You can drag any application to the Finder sidebar.

Go to your Applications folder if your folders in question got removed.

Make sure these folders are not hidden.

Activate Finder.

Finder > Sidebar

Move the mouse pointer to the right of the items a" Show" option will magically appear, click it.
