EngineOrder or MultiUpgrade apps on macbook pro?
Anyone heard of the EngineOrder or MultiUpgrade apps on macbook pro? it looks like a piece of malware to me but I can't see it in the app list to move to trash.

Anyone heard of the EngineOrder or MultiUpgrade apps on macbook pro? it looks like a piece of malware to me but I can't see it in the app list to move to trash.

Thanks for getting back to me. You can see the apps in this screenshot (EngineOrder and MultiUpgrade) I don't know what they are, and they don't appear in the Applications list in Finder. I'm suspicious about what they are so was going to remove them, but as they aren't in Finder I cannot move them to Trash:
Describe what it is you're encountering in as much detail are you are able to provide, as though we cannot see what's on your Mac. Or, take a screenshot and post it in a reply.

Never heard of it and I did not google.
If you suspect you have installed adware/malware. Try running this trusted utility https://www.malwarebytes.com/mac/
Thanks John - it seems to have worked by clicking uninstall from extensions then moving to trash from finder. Fingers crossed that deals with it.

Please let me know if they stay gone. If they reappear the "additional instructions" are sure to get rid of them.
