is "malware cleaner pro" OK for virus removal?

"global toolbox search" appeared on MacBook Pro screen. Googled to see what it was. "Malware Cleaner Pro" suggested it was virus & should be avoided. Is "Malware Cleaner Pro" a reliable source of info & should I trust it/allow it to proceed to eliminate any viruses?

Malwarebytes - There are different versions available depending upon what features you want. For a single removal without ongoing monitoring you can probably use the free version.
