If it keeps working consider yourself lucky. As most water damage is progressive, there’s a good chance it will die over the next few days or weeks.

If you aren't backing up the phone regularly, start doing that now. As Lawrence said, the phone will fail eventually. Water damage, especially in a phone, can't be repaired.
