How do I view downloaded videos on my iPad 7?

Hi,

I have a iPad 7th Generation. I have some videos on my laptop (not downloaded from iTunes) that I want to watch on the iPad. I've moved the videos to my iTunes library on my laptop, and synced it to my iPad. There was no issue syncing.

I'm looking for the synced videos on my iPad. I know on iPad 2, there was an app called Videos that contained transferred videos including those purchased from iTunes and those from laptop. But there is no such App on this iPad 7th Generation.

I like to know if anyone knows where on the iPad 7th Generation are the videos? Is it on a App somewhere?
