New iphone11Pro

I’m trying to set up my new iPhone from android. Some of the factory apps are not loading. 8 factory /native apps have loaded. These include; settings , clock, photos , camera , App Store , health , wallet and find my. I am unable to to install any of the other remaining factory apps eg . FaceTime , calendar, etc. These apps are grayed out stating “waiting”. Should I click on any of these grayed out apps it states “ unable to install”. I am able to install apps from the App Store . I’ve tried the normal troubleshooting; checking internet , erasing settings, checking airplane mode, restarting / rebooting, signing out and back in to Apple ID , etc.

Okay. You have the old android Samsung and data are still there, correct?

Should be this case, I would start from scratch, restoring your iPhone 11P to factory settings, installing a fresh copy of iOS 13.4.

To perform that procedure, follow the steps provided in this support article:--> Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings – Apple Support

and, in the end, set it up as new.

When done, test your new 11P and see if all the built-in apps are available (and working)

If yes, see this procedure to transfer data from the old Samsung to the new iPhone:--> Move from Android to iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
