Main search engines show blank page even after virus is gone

Google, Bing, Yahoo, and DuckDuckGo don't work on my MacBook pro when I'm using Safari. They work just fine when I use a different browser and they also work on my iPhone. I just did an update yesterday on my computer and after that I tried to download a game on Origin (but Origin was down) and then I set up my new external hard drive.

The search engines were working just fine even after all of that. I use my computer today and this issue started. I immediately thought it was a virus so I did a quick scan with Malwarebytes and found two suspicious things. I deleted them but then, even after restarting my computer and relaunching Safari, I still have the same problem. I did another scan and it said there are no suspicious things.
