Mojave trackpad doesn't really work..driving me nuts now !

Since i updated from High Sierra to Mojave, my trackpad doesn't really work. I can't use two finger tap to open a folder nor three finger drag. In fact all that works is one finger tap. They're all switched on in system preferences. I've done all the usual stuff like zapping the Pram on start up. Running out of ideas now. Does anyone know where the preference file for the trackpad lives? Doesn't seem to be in the library where it was in High Sierra. Cheers

That's odd. I know you tried many things but just to be sure:

Anything suspect in System Preferences > Accessibility?

Any other devices connected?

Did you try reseting the SMC?

Create another user on the Mac. Same problem when logged with that user?

Restart in Safe Mode: How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support. Same problem?
