Cannot find photos / videos from iPhone backup on my computer

After backing up iPhone via iTunes..

Where on my Windows 10 PC are the pictures and movies that were on my iPhone? Will they be on the PC at all, with 'IMG_1234, IMG_1235' file names, etc.?

If I cannot find them in this format, I plan to drag and drop the files from the device to the computer.

To be clear, I am not trying to get photos on to my iPhone. I am trying to avoid dragging and dropping from the phone to the machine if the files are already on the machine from the iPhone backup that just took place.
