Unable to pair with my phone, screen has the Apple logo with a circle surrounding of slashes

I had to send my old phone back but neglected to unpaid my watch. Now I'm unable to pair my watch with my current phone. I'm new to Apple watch. My watch screen has the Apple logo with a circle surrounding of slashes. What do I do next to reset it?

Or try this;

On a computer, go to iCloud.com and sign in with your Apple ID.

Go to Find Iphone.

Select All Devices, then click your Apple Watch.

Click Erase Apple Watch.

Select Next until the device is erased.

Click the remove button next to your Apple Watch.
