Apple Watch

My apple watch was working great until i purchased a new i phone 13 this week. I think it started to pair with my apple watch but then it stopped.... Now my watch is stuck with the apple logo on the screen and a few lines in a circle that are white vs black?

i cannot get the watch to shut down or reset.

when i try and pair it with the phone via app on the phone, i get an error message saying unable to connect to Apple Watch, make sure the watch is nearby and on your wrist....which it is....'

hoping someone can help

update - so i held down the digital crown and side button on the watch and i have the time back on the watch. ther est of the steps did not work.

i just had a call come into my phone but my watch did not ring so im thinking there is somethins with my watch.

i guess il' have to come to a store and have someone check this out in person.

To unpair and erase watch and remove Activation Lock

From a web browser,sign in to iCloud.com with your Apple ID.

Go to Find iPhone.

Click All Devices at the top of the screen.

Click your Apple Watch.

Click Erase [device]. Select Next until the device is erased.

Click Remove from Account.

Then;

Setup your Watch to a new iPhone

also - the new i phone 13 does NOT recognize any bluetooth devices that i had on my old phone. = watch, small speaker i have, the apple car play in my suv,

that said - it is recognizing my daughters airpods..but nothing else...

is there something wrong with the blue tooth on the new phone and that's wht its not pairing with the watch?
