Incorrect App Notifications in Dock
Since upgrading to iPadOS 13.4, apps that show up in “Suggested And Recent Apps” have a red badge even though there is no actual notification. Is anyone else experiencing this?

After updating to 13.4, I've got a 1 badge that won't disappear from my App Store icon on my IPhone, no matter what I do. (and yes, for those of you without this specific problem who love to serially offer up unhelpful advice straight from the Knowledge Base, I have indeed "tried restarting it").

Same here. I I thought it was some kind of a feature.
