Should I factory reset my macbook?

I had exited out of some memory applications in the activity section with the CPU, Memory, and Energy, and I have since learned that may have been bad because many are required by MacOS. I don't know which ones I had stopped and deleted, but my Macbook pro 2019 constantly tells me "this website is using significant memory mac". My cache is all deleted and cookies and its just one tab, a movie. I wanted to know if A) The memory applications that I deleted come back when I shut down my computer, and B) If its worth factory resetting. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.15

If you just closed them in Activity Monitor, they're not deleted, just stopped, and will restart either on their own or the next time you log in to the computer.

You can ignore the "significant memory" notification unless the computer is running slowly.

They just "turn off" for a while - if it's an essential process, the computer will turn it back on right away in most cases.

I searched a little and it doesn't look like you can turn off that notification, which I believe is in Safari? Some websites are running old code and newer versions of Safari don't like that.
