How can I uninstall the software update when it is loading

After it is downloaded, before it is installed, it can be deleted.
If you don't want to install the latest version of iOS.
- Go to Settings > General > [Device name] Storage.
- Find the iOS update in the list of apps.
- Tap the iOS update, then tap Delete Update.
