The case makes some cracking noise when I touch it with my hands next to the trackpad

I got a Macbook Pro 16 few weeks ago and recently noticed, that the case makes some cracking noise, mainly when I touch it with my hands next to the trackpad. It's quite annoying and I wanted to ask if anybody has the same issue and anybody knows a solution.

I remember this issue has been always existing and I had the same with a Macbook 12 inch earlier. See the video below.
