Debiting funds

On March 25 I received a text message from a mobile Bank saying that apple.com/bill trying to charge my account 1490₽. At that time, I ignored these messages, but they started coming every day several times and still do. I checked all my subscriptions for the entire history of my phone, they are empty. I didn't buy any apps for this amount. On the Internet, I decided to read people's posts, whether they have such situations. I came across a post of a girl who wrote about the fact that some site was also trying to debit money from her card (not apple.com/bill) and she went to Sberbank, where she was simply offered to block the card and get a new one. I decided to do the same. While waiting for a new card, I started using the card that is linked to my father's name. It was also linked to my phone via Wallet. And soon I began to receive the same text messages, only they tried to withdraw money from the card that is linked to my father's name. I don't know what they are trying to charge me for, please help me, please.
