Caller ID issue
When I try and turn my “show my caller ID” back on, I just get the loading symbol. I’ve turned it on and off, restarted, closed the app and still the same.

I understand that you are unable to select to "Show My Caller ID". Try the following steps to try to resolve the issue:
Have you checked with your cellular provider to make sure that your account is provisioned with Caller ID?
Call forwarding, call waiting, and other call features on iPhone
