Huawei honor band could't update device list

I bought Honor band 5, when I try to

connect the band with my phone. I found that the device list in Huawei Health

couldn’t update. Then I cannot connect my phone with Hnonr band 5. Whenever I

tried to update the device list, it showed: Touch here to update device list.

Once I choose: Retry, it is just a loop that the same notification pops up

again and again but never successfully updated the device list (see

attachment). I am sure that I updated Huawei Health to the latest version, my

internet is stable.

Phone: iphone 8

System: ios 13.3.

Honor band version:honor band 5-82C

Huawei Health APP version：8.0.30.300

The main issue is when we first downloaded the Huawei health application from the store it give us the option to login with Google/gmail or Facebook accounts and the Huawei account so most probably you did like me and linked your Huawei health app to google or facebook ( i didn't have a huawei id) so now we're stuck cause there's no option on iOS to clear the stored cashe of the application whatever you re-installed the application it will stay linked to the account you used to login for the first time, tried to hide the application and to sign with a new apple id and it didn't help too.

Please if anyone could help regarding this issue if he figured a way to remove the stored data for any app as it's not the only application that has the same issue.
