Telephone Icon

My telephone icon is now only found among Siri app suggestions. How can I move it back to the main app menue?

Missing built-in icon My iMessages icon disappeared after syncing. The app is here, and the icon is there in Siri Suggestins but the icon itself is missing.

Phone app cannot be deleted. Search through Spotlight.
