Disabled account

My account has been disabled due to the purchase of epic.. an app that my son read as free. It however billed 65 GBP to my mothers credit card. As she knew nothing of this she cancelled the card. In my purchases it says refunded...


I am very confused and do not understand why we cannot download anything even if it’s free...

Are you seeing the message "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes?" If this is the case, you need to contact iTunes Support using the following link: If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes'


If not, what happens when you try to download or update apps?
