moves keys but won’t draw Will work on Samsung Galaxy 7

Turning off previous apple stylus from bluetooth makes no difference

My iPad refuses to draw on a specific area. This happened weeks ago, and for some reason, my iPad is refusing to draw on a specific horizontal line. I noticed this problem when I’m simply trying to draw on procreate with my apple pencil. The same thing occurs when I draw with my finger. I thought procreate was the issue, but as I tried to draw on other drawing platforms the same issue happened. I’ve hard reset my iPad, and refreshed the app. The same problem still occurs. I’m using the iPad 6 with the 1st generation apple pencil. I haven’t had any recent damage of both devices.Is there a way I can fix this?

Only Apple, Logitech or Bluetooth styli that are explicitly designed to work with your iPad are usable with it.
