Breakpoints in Safari dev tools get enabled automatically.

Hi, I'm failing to understand why each time I open the dev tools in Safari (no matter which tab), some breakpoints got triggered. Even if I disable them, they get reenabled as soon as I reload the page.

I see two breakpoints in the Sources tab: All Exceptions and Uncaught Exceptions, but I didn't set them, at least I had no intention to enabled them.

So, while having any dev tools tab open, if I reload a page and there are any errors, I'm getting redirected to the Sources tab with a message Debugger Paused and the whole page loading gets paused. Unfortunately, I cannot find how to disable it or delete those exceptions, there are no such options in the context menu if I right-click them or in Safari settings. These annoying redirects doesn't let me inspect the source code properly.

Please, help me disable or remove them. I've attached a screenshot to make it a bit clearer.

Seems this came with the latest update (10.15.4). When you click the Blue button there(or Command+Y), "Breakpoints disabled" appears and all is fine.

But ONLY until the next time you open the inspector. Then it is activated again! This setting is not remembered and this is very very very much frustrating! Worked fine until the last update. Apple, please allow us again to be able to "disable debugger" in Safari ("Disable all breakpoints")!
