The new Keynote update with the new themes has just installed. On the Colour Gradient template, the Graphik Font was used, however, this is not on a Mac by default. So I have 2 questions:

I think you need to also install 10.15.4 update. The update notes for Keynote say 10.15.4 is required I think. It maybe be the case that Graphik is a new system font that is installed with the update. Can someone from Apple confirm this?
I have now found out that this is a similar issue with all the new templates except only with different fonts. Including, Proxima Nova, Canela and Founders Grotesk. There may be more, however I may have some of the fonts installed
Yes Graphik is purposely installed.
Do you have any idea if installing the update cause me to lose other software such as Final Cut again? I can't afford to keep paying for software every time they update and say I can roll it back... thank you!
And actually I see that I have Pages 10.0. Please advise and thank you, again.
I started the new Keynote and saw the warning for Graphik when I opened the Colour Gradient theme.
I don't remember 100% but I think I may have used the replace font dialog and chosen the first in the list Avenir.
Now the Colour Gradient theme is stuck with Avenir. I restart the Mac and then create a new presentation with Colour Gradient and voila - it's with Avenir. I can see the Graphik font is active in the fonts list.
Then I trashed Keynote and reinstalled it but same problem.
How can I restore the default settings?
