I need to print a label from a QRcode on ipad. When I use camera to scan it doesn't offer to print label but links to something to send a blank message somewhere. Can anybody advise me what to do?

I am not familiar with Apple using QR codes in this way. I suggest calling Apple.
It's on an email from Apple for a return label for a purchase. I scan it with the camera on another ipad, which is set to deal with QR codes, and up comes a message on screen giving a link to send a message to some unknown number - I'd have thought there would have been a link to my printer or to some place on my ipad to store the opened label. (And there doesn't seem any way to contact Apple...)

If you are unable to open the corresponding webpage from the QR code then it sounds like the QR code is not valid.
