Can't install Windows 10 with bootcamp

I'm having trouble installing Windows with bootcamp. I'm able to install the Windows ISO and it boots into Windows, but when it starts to copy files it says. Can't find the disk or partition. Anyone have/had this issue? I even deleted my hard drive and re-installed MAC OS 10.15.4.

Boot into Recovery (Command R) and from the dropdown menu: Utilities>  Disk Utility> run the First Aid on your Macintosh HD (and the "Macintosh HD-Data" volume as well if Catalina) If errors are found and repaired, run again until no errors reported.

Recovery: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204904

Try a SafeBoot https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201262

Takes noticeable longer to get to the login screen, does a 5-15 minute disk repair before it fully boots up, and certain system caches get cleared and rebuilt, including dynamic loader cache, etc. No need to log-in, simple reboot into your Windows partition and test.

Worse case you have erase/reformat/initilize the parent drive and reinstall from the beginning. This would require you have an dependeable backup to restore your user data.
