Imessage and Facetime

My Imessage and Facetime are not activating by my phone number. Apple ID is connected to Imessage and Facetime but phone number activation is failed. I can't recieve my text messages and can't recieve facetime calls when somebody is calling me. I have tried restarting my phone, I have tried to delete all the data from my phone, I have changed my Apple ID passwords but nothing is working.

If you get an error when trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime - Apple Support


Add or remove your phone number in Messages or FaceTime - Apple Support
