iOS 13.4 battery drainage issue

Update to my original post (2 months ago): it has now been 5 days since I noticed a dramatic change in battery drainage (and about 2 weeks since updating to iOS 13.4.1). Previously the background app activity was running non-stop and eating up the battery; that is not happening now. If this is the result of the update it has taken 10+ days to kick in; regardless, I now have battery availability like I used to. For those who haven't updated the OS to 13.4.1 I suggest you try it and then wait about 10-14 days to see if it fixes your battery usage.

maybe on new model phones iphone 6s and 7s now drain so fast you can watch it drop if you use phone or voicemail, horrible! one VM of 52 secs drops battery by 6% and battery health is 100% and only one year old...

I updated to iOS 13.3 and had terrible battery drainage problems immediately. When 13.4 was offered I took it right away, hoping it would correct this software flaw; same problem! That was 2 weeks ago. I can now report that, as of 2 days ago, the excessive battery drainage appears to be fixed. Will it last? How did it heal itself?

Nearly all of us have no issues with 13.4 and our batteries.

Same here, Using I-phone 6s, it drains in less than 30min. From 100% to 20%. This is a big problem Apple should look into.

Same here with IPhone 7. Never had such a high battery drain before updating to 13.4
