keyboard wearing out

I have a MacBook Air (Retina, 13-inch, 2018) - three of the keys are very worn down (can't see the letters) and some keys seem to stick. It's a year old and I don't feel like the keyboard has held up at all. Just curious if others have experienced this or if I'm extra hard on my keyboard. Any options for keys that seem to stick?
