Screen Time has been restricted

I can't fix this. I have restricted my Screen Time, but I have no idea how to enable it again.

This is what happened: I was trying to set some restrictions to my screen time for the first time. Analyzing the situation, I believe I accidentally chose the option "this is my child's device", then set up the limits. I was then asked for a password, and while confirming the Apple ID for a forgotten password, the device told me that my Apple ID and my child's Apple ID cannot be the same (to be clear: I was on my phone, using my Apple ID and then gave the same ID for a forgotten password for a child's device, which the device wasn't, I had simply made a wrong choice). I went back some of the phases, then chose the option "this is my device". Then all of a sudden, I have some restrictions in place and I have no idea how to access them. Please see the picture attached. How do I go back from this?

I have no Family Sharing on. It just me and me device that I apparently no longer have control of. What to do? I did not find any answers here: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT208982
