Hi if you purchased something and they did not deliver it and you reported it to your bank is fraud they did not actually refund you the money they took it from Apple cash you need to transfer that money back to Apple cash because you cannot be refunded if you were scammed.

You cannot be refunded by Apple if you are scammed. There is no buyer protection for Apple Cash. You must report it to the police and report it here - Get Support.
