apple watch glitch

My apple watch is stuck on the "clear all" screen from the notification screen. it wont get off the screen, clear all, or even turn off, its just staying on that screen

my apple watch is stuck on the basics screen resetimf it does nothing it wont power off My Apple Watch won’t go past the basic screen I’ve tried everything. I reset it I turned it off I unpaired it I deleted the app there’s nothing that works. Help I’m so frustrated.
