Spam Calendar Notifications

Recently I've been getting spam calendar notifications. Is there a reason and way to stop them and clear them out?

Unwanted Calender Notifications There’s a auto generating unwanted calender notification in my calender. I think it’s a spam from a website I recently visited. Currently I’m turned off the notifications for the calender from settings. But it won’t help for the problem. How can I remove that spam from calender. plz advice.
