iphone x black screen but still responsive

I dropped my iphone X and the screen is just black even after restarting multiple times. I can still feel vibrations, can still answer calls and even open flashlight. Is it possible a wire just got disconnected?

Find Locations (you may have to change the country code in the upper right corner)
