Back up to Icoud

I have a iPhone 8. Half of the screen is black the other half is not. I did not damage the phone. I cannot enter my passcode because the number I need is covered by the black part of the screen. Siri does not work and touch access is disabled. I need to back up my phone because I have a new one. How can I do this?
