A 3rd party keyboard will normally have an app icon somewhere on your screen. Also it will be listed in a special section of settings > general > keyboard > keyboards, apart from those provided by Apple. It will normally also have a name other than just a language (e.g. Gboard, Keyman, etc).

Thank you. I believe I’ve been hacked and my phone picked up and had things downloaded while I was sleep. I and showing I have allot of third party apps on my phone as I believed possible firmware. How can I get back to native firmware and software? I only have my iPhone X no laptop or pc. How can I get back to native firmware and software without doing a master reset? Thank you
