After updating Catalina from 10.15.3 to .4, my Mac now have the 'Setting up your Mac...' screen stuck in the desktop background, I can normally use the Mac and all the applications except the Desktop and access the desktop files using Finder.
I can't find the process related to it. Did someone had a similar issue or know how to kill this process?

Interesting glitch—
Try a SafeBoot https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201262
Takes noticeable longer to get to the login screen, does a 5-15 minute disk repair before it fully boots up, and certain system caches get cleared and rebuilt, including dynamic loader cache, etc. Login and test. Reboot and test

What happens if you log out and back into your account? Or restart?
That's a good tip, I will try it for sure as soon as possible. I'm still searching for an 'easy to handle remotely way' solution since my fleet is running home office now.
I would try deleting .AppleSetupDone as well but right now it's no convenient. Appreciate the suggestion.
Nothing actually, if I reset/shutdown, everything closes normally but when I login to the user the message is still locked in my background.
