Replace with AppleCare+

Hello my iPad Pro had damaged by accident, but with AppleCare+.

Just wondering if the apple store is still available to replace it? Cause the apple store Robina was closed now.

iPad Pro 12.9-inch, 3rd Gen, Wi-Fi

All Apple Stores are currently closed. You should be able to start an AppleCare+ claim by contacting Apple directly:
