MacBook Pro 16 inch crashes when waking from sleep

This is my 2nd brand new 16 inch MacBook Pro. It's almost a fully loaded system:

2.4 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9

64 GB 2667 MHz DDR4

Intel UHD Graphics 630 1536 MB

4 TB Hard Drive

About 50% of the time when I open the laptop, it reboots. In the morning when I first open the laptop, it is almost 100% of the time. My first laptop (same specs) was doing the same thing and eventually it just stopped working and would not turn on. I brought it to the Apple store and they send it away for repairs. Over a month later, I got a brand new MacBook Pro and now this one is doing the same thing with crashing on wake.

Here is the details from the most recent crash.

This is a known issue effecting some MBP16,1 — what I have gleaned from these reports:

as a work around, it seems turning off automatic graphics switching and turning off/ disabling powernap

>System Preferences>Energy Saver

see if this makes a difference.
