Audio in screen recording

Hello,

i have this problem where i would screen record myself playing mobile games with my friends.The issue here is that when i would record myself the audio from my microphone will be recorded and it's fine until i moved the recording file to my desktop to edit and then suddenly the audio from my microphone disappear...

Any explanation?
