Keep a good battery life on MacBook Pro

Hello,

I use my MacBook Pro 13" 2019 at home, and I usually keep the battery between 30% and 90%. I would like to know if it is better to just keep the battery 100% all the time. By the way, does it damage the battery?

Thank you

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.15

Keep it connected to power whenever possible.

Use it on battery whenever necessary.

Apple doesn't provide any advice on that.

It is the cycle count and age of the battery that matter.
