microsoft teams

Can't find an option for inviting someone to a meeting who is not in my company - tried inviting an external contact, in my microsoft Outlook contacts, but kept coming up with message 'no match found'.

Also can't blur background or see how it's possible to check my device and my camera BEFORE beginning a call.

Am using MacBook Air.
