Kayo Sports app still charged me

Hey I was just messaging Kayo Sports and they sent me to here because I bought the 2 week free trial and canceled my subscription through the app and it said successful. However today I woke up to an email of it trying to take money out of my account even though I canceled before the 2 week trial. (I never went on the app as I thought I cancelled it)

To unsubscribe you need to do it from your Apple ID account, not from within the app itself.
