After updating to Safari 13.1, "A problem repeatedly occurred".

Certain websites refuse to load, while others load just a little of their home page and then a white screen with "A problem repeatedly occurred", in the center appears. Discover.com, eBay.com, citibankonline.com, eshop.macsales.com, idmsa.apple.com, homedepot.com, accounts-tax.intuit.com are sites that i have login credentials with. They will NOT load in Safari but will in Firefox!

Called apple support and did many types of keystroke start ups, to no avail! I have High Serra 10.13.6 and even downloaded the latest security update, also to no avail.

I did turn off JavaScript and a few pages did load, BUT I COULD NOT SIGN-IN. The page showed a warning dialog box saying JavaScript must be enabled! But when I enabled JavaScript, the problem reoccurred.

Is this is a problem with webkit?? I can't even sign in to my Apple ID or i Cloud page!!
