I didn’t receive my iPad pro

I bought iPad Pro from apple online store. But I didn’t receive it . Why didn't anyone ask me, whether to return it to sender? I need it to do my work. Before you returned it, should you ask me?  I can't work now, who do we blame?Please send it to me as soon as possible.
