trackpad trouble

my MacBook Pro 11,3 has no trackpad pressure option, it is very difficult to operate

MacBook Pro 15", macOS 10.15

As I understand it, you can click the trackpad but only if you press hard.


Please Check the condition of your Mac computer’s battery.


Regardless of the battery's condition it may have become swollen, which exerts pressure on the trackpad from below, preventing it from detecting the force applied by clicking. That possibility can only be confirmed by a hands-on inspection.
